Booking with Chills & Thrills is quick and easy. Choose your date, pick your package, and we’ll handle the rest — from delivery to setup and cleanup.
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during weekends or holiday seasons, to ensure your preferred date and machine size are available.
Each hire includes the machine, a set of slushie mixes (flavors), cups, and straws, along with setup and collection service after your event.
Yes! Our team will deliver, set up, and test the machine before your event to make sure everything runs perfectly. After your event, we’ll return to pack it up.
It usually takes 60–90 minutes for the slush mix to reach the perfect frozen consistency, depending on the room temperature and flavor.
One 10-litre tank serves approximately 40–50 cups (200ml each). You can order extra mix if you expect a larger crowd.
Our standard mixes are non-alcoholic and suitable for all ages. You can, however, add your own alcohol for adult parties after we set it up.
We deliver across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, including Boronia, Bayswater, Wantirna, Ferntree Gully, and surrounding areas.
Yes, each machine needs one standard 240V power outlet. We recommend keeping it on a sturdy, flat surface indoors or under cover.

No, cleaning is included in our service. Just turn the machine off after your event — we’ll handle the rest.
